Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS DAY OF SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED 50% of SERVICE.
CANCELLATIONS 24-48 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CHARGED 25% of service.
NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 75% OF SERVICE.
You may cancel before the 48 hour mark for free.
Deposit will only transfer over if you reschedule at the time of cancellation.
The cancellation fee will not go towards your next service.
Saturday appointments are 30% cancellation fee for cancellations in 24-48 hour window.
Saturday appointments cancelled day of will be charged 60%.
If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment you are subject to being cancelled and a $15 fee will be added.
Please communicate with me beforehand if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late.
