Cancellation Policy
AS OF 12/25:
if a cancellation is done less than 36 hours before an appointment —I will collect a 50% of service fee.
if you cancel or reschedule between 48-36 hour window it will be a 25% fee.
!! !! YOU CAN CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE FOR FREE IF YOU DO IT BEFORE THE 48 HOUR MARK
That WILL NOT be transferable.
!! if you no call no show me you will be blocked !!
DEPOSITS: if you are a new client it is a $50 deposit.
Same policy applies above. Deposit will be subtracted and remaining will be due. New deposit will be required for rebooking.
